Section 1 - Menu Use and License Agreement
Atlas supports multiple applications, including Rockstar titles, Counter-Strike (VAC), and Apex Legends,
depending on your active subscription plan and/or slotted license allocation. Any use of Atlas in online or
multiplayer contexts may violate publisher/anti-cheat terms, as well as the Atlas Terms of Service, which provides no guarantee for online services support, and actively discourages such use. Atlas will not be held liable for bans,
suspensions, or any negative consequences resulting from unauthorized use.
Users must ensure that their use of the software complies with all local, state, federal, and international laws.
The menu is provided "as-is," without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Atlas disclaims liability for damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized application of the menu. Users accept
full responsibility for their actions and consequences. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with
applicable third-party terms and anti-cheat policies, including:
Section 2 - Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable once a license key is issued or activated. Dissatisfaction with
features, accidental purchases, or changes in personal circumstances do not warrant a refund.
Atlas licenses may be offered as subscription, slotted, or lifetime models. "Lifetime" means the lifetime
of the specific Atlas product while it remains available and supported, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider will result in permanent account termination and
revocation of your license. Any attempt to circumvent our refund policy will be met with strict enforcement measures.
Atlas reserves the right to update, revise, or modify the refund policy at its discretion without prior notice.

Section 3 - General Terms
By using Atlas services, you affirm that you meet the legal age requirements and are authorized to enter into
binding agreements. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any portion of Atlas intellectual property
without prior written consent.
Atlas may modify, suspend, or terminate its services at any time without notice or liability. Users agree to
receive important service-related communications, and cannot opt out of receiving them while actively using the service.
Access to our services does not grant ownership rights to any intellectual property featured on the Atlas platform.
Section 4 - Creating An Account
To access certain features, you must create an Atlas account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and
complete information during registration. Failure to do so may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password. Sharing your account with others or unauthorized
access will lead to account suspension. Notify Atlas immediately of any breach or unauthorized access.
Atlas will not be liable for any losses resulting from compromised accounts or security negligence.
Section 5 - Conduct
Users are required to behave responsibly when using Atlas services. Prohibited actions include harassment,
exploitation, impersonation, spamming, and distribution of malware or viruses. Attempts to compromise the
integrity or security of the system are strictly forbidden.
Atlas reserves the right to monitor user behavior, investigate violations, and take legal or technical action
without notice. This includes suspension, account termination, and cooperation with law enforcement agencies.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate account action at the sole discretion of Atlas staff.
Section 6 - No Right of Survivorship / Non-Transferability
Accounts created on the Atlas platform are non-transferable and non-assignable. Upon the death of a user, all
rights to the account and related content shall be terminated without compensation or refund.
Atlas requires appropriate documentation, such as a certified death certificate, before taking action to close
an account associated with a deceased user.
No assets, content, licenses, or digital goods associated with the account will be transferable to heirs or
third parties.
Section 7 - Termination
Atlas reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate user accounts at any time for breaches of the Terms
of Service, fraudulent behavior, unauthorized access, or any conduct deemed harmful to the Atlas community or platform.
Termination may occur immediately and without warning. Users whose accounts have been terminated will lose all
access to Atlas services, products, and related data without entitlement to a refund or recovery.
Atlas is not liable for any damages or losses arising from termination or loss of access to the platform or its services.
