When using Atlas applications or launchers, environment and device information may also be collected for diagnostics, anti-abuse controls, reliability monitoring, and service operation.

Section 2 - Encryption and Data Protection

Atlas applies encryption controls to sensitive data within transmission and storage workflows.

• Authentication payloads are encrypted during transfer and protected within authentication processing.
• Email addresses are encrypted when stored in sensitive account systems.
• IP addresses are encrypted when stored in logging or security systems.
• License keys are encrypted in storage and protected in related validation flows.

Access to collected information is limited to authorized systems and personnel for operational and security purposes.

Section 3 - How Information Is Used

Collected information is used to authenticate users, validate licenses, secure accounts, investigate abuse, support users, and improve platform stability.

Atlas processes data only as needed for legitimate service operations and compliance obligations.

Section 4 - Deletion Requests

Information can be deleted upon verified request through Atlas support channels.

Some records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or essential operational integrity.

Section 5 - Policy Updates

Atlas may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes.

Continued use of Atlas services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
